We built LeadLayer because reports don't make phones ring.

LeadLayer is a small team in Hoorn, NL building lead infrastructure for local service businesses: the site, local search presence, tracking and conversion path underneath every booked job. Working with brands in NL, UK & US.

02 · Why we started

Most agencies sell activity. We saw what that does.

A local business hires an agency. Six months in, they get monthly reports full of impressions, clicks, and "brand awareness." The phone doesn't ring more. The owner can't tell you what actually changed.

The marketing wasn't the problem. The infrastructure underneath was, the site, the local pages, the tracking, the conversion path. You can't scale traffic into a system that leaks. Most spend goes into the leak.

So we built a system that fixes the foundation first, then scales on top of it.
